Custom portraiture is an investment. Much like you invest in a beautiful painting, you can invest in beautiful art with a far more personal subject – your family. These images will become wonderful heirloom pieces to be handed down through your family.
The birth of your child is a once in a life time event, much like your wedding. Capturing the moments that lead up to your birth, and the first moments of your child’s new life is just as important. I offer several different packages for photographing your special day of welcoming your new baby.
The portrait session is designed for your immediate family. But, you may certainly include grandparents, friends or anyone else you choose. The session fee is due in full at the time of booking to hold the date for you. If not received by 7 days before your session, the date will be released and potentially filled by someone else. Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date should rescheduling become necessary. Due to the nature of birth photography, there is a small chance your portrait session will need to be rescheduled. Should a baby decide the time to arrive is during your previously scheduled session, I will contact you as soon as I know to set up a new time for your portrait session. However, I limit my calendar to 1 birth per month to help minimize this conflict.
Portrait Sessions
Session fee includes time and talent of photographer, and credit as stated.
Single location portrait session fee: $250 for immediate family
Additional people, $20 each
$100 of session fee will be applied to your portrait purchase.
Senior portrait session fee: $125
Portrait collections start at $450.
Digital collections are also available.
Birth Sessions
My calendar is limited to one birth session schedule per month. This is to help prevent over lapping sessions. However, babies come when babies are ready. Please don’t worry if this happens to you. I have back up coverage just for this very possibility.
Belly to Baby : $2050
Includes a maternity session during your last trimester, unlimited time with you during your labor, at home or hospital, up to 2 hours after birth; newborn session in your home within 2 weeks of baby’s birth; 50 custom designed birth announcements; DVD containing full-resolution files of all images from maternity, birth, and newborn sessions. This includes 5×7 reference prints of every image from these sessions, in custom designed proof box.
Baby on the Way: $1250
Includes a maternity session in your last trimester, unlimited time with you at the hospital, beginning with active labor, and an hour after the birth; a 30 page photo keepsake album with images from your maternity and birth session. Images not included in the album will be sent as prints, boxed with the album.
Baby Basics: $700
Includes unlimited time with you at your birth beginning with active labor, and one hour after the birth; spiral bound proof book.
