My name is Stacey. I love photography. I also love all things birth. A few years ago, I decided to combine the two and here I am. Although what I love shooting has changed, that I love to shoot has not. I still have a strong heart for births, and if you are interested, let me know! But what I have, surprisingly, fallen in love with is high school seniors!

I'm also a little bit of a modern day hippie. We choose natural and organic foods (except for the occasional run through McDonald's... I know, I know), parent with the attachment parenting style, and I even hug a tree now and then.

In addition, I'm a wife, mom, and Christian. I have seven children who provide an endless supply of photo subjects. Mostly, they don't get tired of my camera, but I do hit their limits now and then.

We live here in Central Illinois but hail from Kansas. I'm afraid that I'll always be a Kansas girl at heart. It hasn't changed in over 10 years since we moved here. I don't suppose it will.

I love taking pictures out in the world. It's much more fun for everyone involved, I think. High school seniors can be so uninhibited and willing to try just about anything. And most generally have a great sense of style. All of which combines for some amazing images.
